Womb Healing is the reclamation of sacred land.
To be clear, the womb is the energetic matrix from which the uterus is made manifest. All humans born with a uterus, have a womb, regardless of pregnancy, child birth or hysterectomy.
The womb is the portal between this plane and wherever we came from. The passage that souls take to enter into this realm of consciousness, and ultimately into a body. One does not need to have a child in order to access this portal, nor should one wait too long to begin a journey of womb healing.
This portal is an energetic force field. Essentially, so powerful it has a "gravitation pull" that draws to it old, stuck & stagnant trauma energy. Over our lifetimes, (and the lifetimes of our mothers & grandmothers) the womb becomes overwhelmed by energies of fear, shame, and trauma, leading to, in many cases, a complete disconnect from the most powerful part of your being.
This sacred portal holds the Truth of our most authentic beingness. It houses our intuition and connects us to our Divinity. Womb Healing is the intentional reconnection to this incredible source of energy, and learning the ancient language that it whispers through our entire body.
Womb healing liberates the stuck energy of shame and trauma through intention, deep breath work, meditation and energy healing. You are your own healer, no one can do womb work for you. But having a guide that you trust on the way can make all the difference.

Without safety, we have nothing. Your body will not allow healing to transpire if it believes that it is unsafe on any level. Building safety is the first step to any healing experience. |
HONESTY
Counter-cultural, radical honesty about the effect of sexual trauma, reproduction/ pregnancy trauma, sexual oppression, sexuality and the journey of reclaiming one's identity. |

LIVE Womb Healing Workshops Come experience the magic in person. Womb Healing Workshops are in-person workshops that begin with information and connection, followed by gentle movement, a BreathWork journey, guided meditation and energy work, ending with sharing and community. Co-Facilitated with my beloved friend, Rita, these 4-hour experiences are transformative and truly sacred. Wow(b)en coming together to support other wom(b)en is a ritual old as time and one that has been severed from our modern world. This work, along side others doing the same thing, is overwhelming powerful, something you have to experience to understand.
Womb Healing Workshops are held in Utah County or south Salt Lake City bi-monthly. All humans with wombs are welcome. |
Coaching I offer 1:1 coaching for peoples interested in deeper transformational work, or need more 1:1 attention at their place in the journey. This is an 3-months investment, leveraging all of my tools in a custom, intuitive and intimate relationship. I also offer two group coaching containers per year, called the Deep Dive. This 6-weeks container meets three times a week to expand on the theme or intention for that particular Deep Dive.
