The Cave began as a transmission of Magdalene wisdom, and over the past two and a half years, that wisdom has grown within all of us. The value of this Cave is no longer what one person brings to the container, but what we co-create together.
This next journey into the Cave is entirely centered on
Vitality.
Vitality is a multi-faceted relationship to aliveness,
and in this Cave, we are going to look at it from every angle.
What is vitality?
How do you create more of it?
What is keeping you from accessing it?
At its core, vitality is a measurement of how much aliveness (life-force energy) your nervous system can hold before it collapses, shut downs, or overwhelms. We will build and nurture a relationship to our own vitality by gently and lovingly assessing where we are at, and then making conscious choices to support our expansion and integration; and then repeat that rhythm over and over; until we are fluent in the language of our own aliveness.
We will have self-assessments to determine what areas in our life are resourcing aliveness and what areas are costing? We will have daily practices - called Vitality Attunements- that you will work with to anchor yourself. And the best part, we will have each other as a source of encouragement and support, wisdom-reflection and safe sounding board through the whole thing.

Step into the cave with me. Hi, I'm Collette. I'm a mystical seeker of the Divine in all forms. The Cave began as a devotion to Mary Magdalene and Her wisdom in all of it's expressions. Over the past two years, we have learned and worked with her wisdom through shared transmissions and personal practice. This space is my community - meaning one I created, yes,; but mine in that I'm a part of the community, too. These women and souls are my friends, my safe space, and who I go to for advice, feedback and reflection. My prayer is that every woman and soul with a womb finds a group of other women to rally around her. To cheer her on and pick her up when she collapses.. This community Is my lifeline. Why The Cave?
After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene, his first disciple and energetic counterpart & companion, fled to the mountains in the South of France under threat of persecution and death. Nestled in the safety of the mountains, She continued Her healing work under the protection of those closest to Her. She performed healing rituals connected to birth, death and resurrection in three caves that still stand to this day. These caves, lovingly named The Contemplation Cave, The Transformation Cave & The Celebration Cave. For the first year, we created the Healing Cave, where we explore the concepts, teachings and wisdom of the Magdalene through the mind. It is time to move into the second Cave. Where the wisdom becomes embodied.
The consciousness and spirit of the Magdalene is awakening in the collective right now, with repeating reports of encounters, visions and "downloads" coming to wombs that are open to Her teachings. I have encountered Her presence over and over again for years, and feel the call to share what She is showing me through ceremony and ritual. The Cave is my way of honoring Her and the reclamation of the Spiritual Woman that She represents for all of history, and the future of the sacred feminine in the human species.
