What is The Cave?
The Cave is a virtual community and container for women and nonbinary humans born with a womb. We are spiritual seekers and explorers of the esoteric and mystical — yet deeply grounded in embodiment, mindfulness, and presence practices as a way to heal, evolve the nervous system, and expand our consciousness.
This is a space of sharing wisdom.
A space of being witnessed.
A space of building true and lasting friendships.
We meet in a four-month container.
For the first three months, we gather twice a month on live Sunday calls.
The fourth month is held as integration — a gentle pause to rest, absorb, and prepare for the next session.
The format is the same as always:
•6 live calls over the 3 months plus one month for integration and social connection
•Daily practice (pre-recorded or self-guided)
•Private app for connection & wisdom-sharing
•Library of archives (56+ past cave recordings for you to access on-demand)

Magdalene's Powers of Ego
This session we are returning to the legacy and wisdom of Mary Magdalene
& her teachings about the "powers of ego."
The whole goal: learn to recognize the traps and ensnarements the mind creates on our path toward self-discovery and embodiment of our own divinity.
An expression of "meta-cognition" we are going to seek to understand the way the mind works in its defensive, and self-sabotaging patterns that keep ourselves stuck or small.
Sounds lofty, right? This is why we need community.
A supportive group of souls to help you on the path is the original definition of "the church".

Step into the cave with me. Hi, I'm Collette. I'm a mystical seeker of the Divine in all forms. The Cave began as a devotion to Mary Magdalene and Her wisdom in all of it's expressions. Over the past two years, we have learned and worked with her wisdom through shared transmissions and personal practice. This space is my community - meaning one I created, yes,; but mine in that I'm a part of the community, too. These women and souls are my friends, my safe space, and who I go to for advice, feedback and reflection. My prayer is that every woman and soul with a womb finds a group of other women to rally around her. To cheer her on and pick her up when she collapses.. This community Is my lifeline. Why The Cave?
After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene, his first disciple and energetic counterpart & companion, fled to the mountains in the South of France under threat of persecution and death. Nestled in the safety of the mountains, She continued Her healing work under the protection of those closest to Her. She performed healing rituals connected to birth, death and resurrection in three caves that still stand to this day. These caves, lovingly named The Contemplation Cave, The Transformation Cave & The Celebration Cave. For the first year, we created the Healing Cave, where we explore the concepts, teachings and wisdom of the Magdalene through the mind. It is time to move into the second Cave. Where the wisdom becomes embodied.
The consciousness and spirit of the Magdalene is awakening in the collective right now, with repeating reports of encounters, visions and "downloads" coming to wombs that are open to Her teachings. I have encountered Her presence over and over again for years, and feel the call to share what She is showing me through ceremony and ritual. The Cave is my way of honoring Her and the reclamation of the Spiritual Woman that She represents for all of history, and the future of the sacred feminine in the human species.
